After you have accepted our estimate price, our architects will contact you to measure up
the loft space and draw plans ready to submit to your Local Authority.
Before we hand the plans over to the Local Authority, we will submit them to yourselves for approval. Once the plans have been approved and signed, they will be submitted to the Local Authority for determination
Once planning has been approved we will then prepare Building and Fire Regulation plans and submit to your Local Authority Building Control department for design appraisal and structural calculations to justify the proposed design to the Structural Engineers department for checking and approval.
Prior to the works commencing we will obtain final permit for skips and material storage and use on the street.
